To personalize your coaching experience from the very first session, you’ll begin with your Coaching Agreement followed by a detailed Onboarding Assessment.

This step gives me the full picture needed to support you with clarity and intention. 


2. Book Your First Coaching Session

Once you submit the assessment and coaching agreement, you’ll be guided straight to my calendar to select a day and time that works for you.

You’ll get an email confirmation right after you book your session.


3. Download Your Companion Workbook

After scheduling your session, you’ll see a link to download your Clarity Space Companion Workbook.

You’ll also receive the link in your email inbox as well so you always have easy access.


4. Prep for Session One (Optional, but helpful)

Before we meet, take a moment to skim the first few pages of your workbook and give yourself space to breathe.

You don’t need to prepare anything — just show up with honesty and an open mind.

We’ll build your rhythm together.
